extending from Hoyt to 3 miles west of Clinton Lake, moving east at
45 mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Law enforcement. At 344 AM CDT, wind gusts of 77 MPH were
measured at Forbes Field in Topeka.
IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
