The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a

* Tornado Watch for portions of 
  Southeastern Georgia
  Southern South Carolina
  Coastal Waters

* Effective this Wednesday night and Thursday morning from 725 PM
  until 500 AM EDT.

* Primary threats include...
  A couple tornadoes possible

SUMMARY...Tropical cyclone Elsa will continue to move northeastward
overnight from Georgia into South Carolina, with a continued threat
for a couple of tornadoes with embedded rotating storms to the
northeast and east of the cyclone center.

The tornado watch area is approximately along and 60 statute miles
east and west of a line from 5 miles east southeast of Brunswick GA
to 45 miles northwest of Charleston SC. For a complete depiction of

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

REMEMBER...A Tornado Watch means conditions are favorable for
tornadoes and severe thunderstorms in and close to the watch
