The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Watch for portions of 
  Southwest New York
  Eastern Ohio
  Western and Central Pennsylvania
  Far northern West Virginia

* Effective this Wednesday afternoon and evening from 330 PM
  until 1100 PM EDT.

* Primary threats include...
  Scattered damaging wind gusts to 65 mph possible
  Isolated large hail events to 1 inch in diameter possible

SUMMARY...Multiple clusters of storms will continue to
develop/intensify as they move east-northeastward across the region
through late afternoon into evening. Damaging winds are the primary
concern.

The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 65
statute miles north and south of a line from 20 miles north of
Youngstown OH to 40 miles northeast of State College PA. For a
