  Northwestern Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 600 PM EDT.
    
* At 534 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Plymouth Meeting, or 8 miles northwest of
  Philadelphia, moving northeast at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  Philadelphia, Trenton, Ewing, East Norriton, Doylestown, Hatboro,
  Ambler, Jenkintown, Chalfont, Yardley, Newtown, Abington, Bryn

At 541 PM EDT, a confirmed large and extremely dangerous tornado was
located over Willow Grove, or 10 miles north of Philadelphia, moving
northeast at 45 mph.

This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW!

HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado.

IMPACT...You are in a life-threatening situation. Flying debris may 
         be deadly to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes 
         will be destroyed. Considerable damage to homes,
