increased in duration for the following rivers in Pennsylvania...

  Brodhead Creek At Minisink Hills affecting Monroe County.

For the Brodhead Creek...including Minisink Hills...Moderate 
flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most 
flood deaths occur in vehicles.

  the Brodhead Creek At Minisink Hills.
* Until this evening.
* At 3:32 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 10.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending 
  at 3:32 AM EDT Thursday was 11.2 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.0 feet 
  this morning. It will then fall below flood stage late this 
  afternoon.
* Impact...At 8.0 feet, Street flooding begins north of Stoudsburg.
* Impact...At 10.0 feet, Adjacent parks and greenways flood.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 11.8 
  feet on 01/19/1996.
