For the Chester Creek...including Chester...Minor flooding is 
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most 
flood deaths occur in vehicles.

* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending 
  at 9:31 PM EDT Wednesday was 9.9 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late 
  this evening and continue falling to 3.2 feet just after midnight 
  tonight.
* Impact...At 7.0 feet, The creek floods adjacent open land.
* Impact...At 10.5 feet, Flood damage, adjacent to the creek, begins 
  in the city of Chester.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 9.5 
  feet on 03/13/2010.
