  Coastal and outer waters from Sandy Hook to Little Egg Inlet NJ...

* Until 1015 AM EDT.

* At 910 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located over Lavallette, moving northeast at 35
  knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts 34 knots or greater, and large 
           hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Large hail could 
           result in structural damage.

* Locations impacted include...
  Ocean Gate, Sea Girt Reef, Shark River Reef, Point Pleasant Beach,
  Seaside Park, Manasquan Inlet, Axel Carlson Reef, Silverton and
  Lavallette.
