flooding due to training thunderstorms across the warned area.
Between 4 and 6 inches of rain have fallen from Tutwiler, to Water
Valley, to New Albany with localized higher amounts. The expected
rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches per 1 hour. Additional rainfall
amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash
flooding is already occurring.
