* At 959 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 
  2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 
  1 to 2 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 
  inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already 
  occurring.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 PM CDT THIS 
AFTERNOON FOR NORTHWESTERN CALHOUN, SOUTHEASTERN COAHOMA, LAFAYETTE, 
PANOLA, QUITMAN, TALLAHATCHIE AND YALOBUSHA COUNTIES...

At 1137 AM CDT, emergency management reported widespread flash 
flooding due to training thunderstorms across the warned area. 
Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen with localized amounts 
exceeding 6 inches. Isolated pockets of rainfall rates exceeding 1 
to 3 inches per hour are expected with additional rainfall amounts 
of 2 to 4 inches in the warned area. The greatest threat due to 
flash flooding is currently located from near Tutwiler, to Water 
Valley, to Etta. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.
