...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 445 PM CDT FOR NORTH
CENTRAL CLARK AND SOUTH CENTRAL HOT SPRING COUNTIES...
    
At 406 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Caddo Valley, or near Arkadelphia, moving northeast
at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

Locations impacted include...
Caddo Valley...                   DeGray Lake State Park...
Friendship...                     Lower Lake Recreation Area...
Midway in Hot Spring County...    

This includes Interstate 30 between mile markers 76 and 85.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.

...THE TORNADO WARNING FOR NORTH CENTRAL CLARK AND SOUTH CENTRAL HOT
SPRING COUNTIES IS CANCELLED...
                
The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer appears capable of producing a tornado.
Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.  However gusty winds and
heavy rain are still possible with this thunderstorm.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT for
southwestern Arkansas.
