The National Weather Service in Little Rock has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northeastern Clark County in southwestern Arkansas...
  South central Hot Spring County in southwestern Arkansas...

* Until 430 PM CDT.
    
* At 354 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Richwoods, or near Arkadelphia, moving northeast
  at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

This includes Interstate 30 near mile marker 75, and between mile
