* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southwestern Desha County in southeastern Arkansas...
  Eastern Drew County in southeastern Arkansas...
  Southwestern Lincoln County in southeastern Arkansas...

* Until 625 PM CDT.

* At 1228 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Per local emergency management officials, flash 
  flooding continues and ongoing heavy rainfall may produce 
  significant flash flooding.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Emergency management.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Dumas, Star City, Arkansas City, Mitchellville, Tillar, 
  Winchester, Omega, Mills, McGehee, Cane Creek State Park, Nebo, 
  Feenyville, Reed, Jerome, Baxter, Selma, Florence, Gourd, Yukon 
  and Pickens in Desha County.
