  Lincoln County in southeastern Arkansas...

* Until 1055 AM CDT.

* At 756 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain 
  have fallen and flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly. Because of the excessive rain seen in this area recently, 
  it will not take much more rain to cause flash flooding...some 
  potentially significant.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

At 846 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy 
rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have 
fallen and roads that were not already flooded are currently being 
inundated with water. Again, flash flooding is occurring...seek 
higher ground and do not drive through flood waters!

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
