  inches of rain. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

EVENING FOR CENTRAL PULASKI COUNTY...

At 701 PM CDT, Doppler radar continued to show thunderstorms 
producing heavy rain across the warned area. Radar estimated close 
to three inches of rain near Pinnacle Mountain, and this was 
verified by a rain gauge in the area. The rain fell in less than an 
hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other

rain has occurred toward Pinnacle Mountain. Flash flooding is

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 840 PM CDT THIS 
EVENING FOR CENTRAL PULASKI COUNTY...

At 803 PM CDT, Doppler radar continued to show thunderstorms 
producing heavy rain in a narrow band from Houston to west Little 
Rock. Rain gauges in the area were showing 3 to more than 5 inches 
of rain. Video via social media confirmed that flash flooding was 
ongoing, with high water flowing through neighborhoods and into some 
homes. Creeks were overflowing in places, and several roads were 
under water.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.
