The National Weather Service in Little Rock has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Pulaski County in central Arkansas...
  Northwestern Arkansas County in southeastern Arkansas...
  North Central Jefferson County in southeastern Arkansas...

* Until 1035 PM CDT.

* At 732 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain are beginning to move into the warned area. Excessive 
  rainfall from the past few days means it will take very little 
  additional rainfall to produce flash flooding.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Doppler radar.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Little Rock, Stuttgart, Wrightsville, Humphrey, Almyra, Sweet 
  Home, Wabbaseka, Gethsemane, Ferda, Tucker, Bayou Meteo State Game 
  Area, Wright, Bredlow Corner, Tar Camp Park, Almyra Airport, 
  Hensley and Woodson.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

At 904 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy 
rain across the warned area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. Flash 
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
