The National Weather Service in Little Rock has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southern Lonoke County in central Arkansas...
  Southeastern Prairie County in central Arkansas...
  Southeastern Pulaski County in central Arkansas...
  Northwestern Arkansas County in southeastern Arkansas...

* Until 915 PM CDT.

* At 706 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly. Because of a tremendous amount of rainfall over the past 
  few days, it will only take minimal additional rain to rapidly 
  cause flash flooding.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Doppler radar.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.

  Little Rock, North Little Rock, Downtown Little Rock, Stuttgart, 
  England, Wrightsville, Argenta, Humnoke, Keo, Ulm, Toltec Mounds 
  State Park, Brummitt, Estes, Scott, Sweet Home, Lakewood, Allport, 
  Coy, Blakemore and Seaton.

deaths occur in vehicles.
