The National Weather Service in New Orleans has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southwestern Harrison County in southern Mississippi...
  Eastern Hancock County in southern Mississippi...
  Central Pearl River County in southern Mississippi...

* Until 1115 PM CDT.
    
* At 1033 PM CDT, severe storms capable of producing a tornado were 
  located along a line extending from near Kiln to 17 miles 
  southeast of Waveland, moving north at 70 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* These dangerous storms will be near...
  Waveland around 1045 PM CDT.
  Bay St. Louis, Diamondhead and Shoreline Park around 1050 PM CDT.
  Poplarville and Kiln around 1055 PM CDT.
  Mcneil around 1110 PM CDT.

This includes the following Interstates...
 Interstate 10 in Mississippi between mile markers 9 and 23.
 Interstate 59 in Mississippi between mile markers 11 and 31.

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.

At 1052 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Diamondhead, moving north at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.
