* Until 315 AM EDT.

* At 1023 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 3 inches of rain have 
  fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. 
  Repeated rounds of thunderstorms will bring more heavy rain.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 315 AM EDT EARLY THIS 
MORNING FOR SOUTHWESTERN MORGAN, NORTHWESTERN BROWN, NORTHERN 
MONROE, CENTRAL CLAY AND OWEN COUNTIES...

At 1249 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that widespread 
thunderstorms that produced torrential rain and flash flooding 
earlier have diminished in number for the time being across the 
warning area. However, scattered thunderstorms remain across the 
area and additional thunderstorms with more heavy rain may occur 
overnight, which would worsen flash flood conditions.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
