...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of west central
McDowell, southeastern Madison, eastern Buncombe and southern Yancey
Counties through 530 PM EDT...
At 452 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 11
miles southwest of Burnsville, or 7 miles east of Mars Hill, moving
southeast at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
