PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive 
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.

  begins. Water enters yards upstream from Canal Street Bridge and 
  along Tanyard Branch. Several homes begin to flood just west of 
  Georgia Avenue on Old Esom Hill Loop.
