...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 830 AM EDT THIS 
MORNING FOR BRISTOL, SOUTHWESTERN PLYMOUTH, BRISTOL, EASTERN KENT, 
NEWPORT, SOUTHEASTERN PROVIDENCE AND NORTHEASTERN WASHINGTON 
COUNTIES...

At 357 AM EDT, trained weather spotters reported thunderstorms 
producing heavy rain across the warned area. There is significant 
urban flooding reported across the region particularly in Fall 
River. There are many roads acros Fall River that are currently 
impassable and some vehicles stuck in flood waters.


Between 2 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall 
amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash 
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.
