Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the

* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage early this 
  morning to 10.3 feet this morning. It will then fall below flood 
  stage late this afternoon to 8.0 feet and begin rising again this 
  evening. It will rise to 8.9 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It 
  will then fall again and remain below flood stage.
* Impact...At 10.0 feet, Flooding will occur along Pioneer Avenue, 
  Bellows Street and Venturi Avenue in Warwick. Some homes are 
  impacted on Avery Road and Wellington Avenue in Cranston.

  Cumberland located just off of Route 122.
