...SMALL STREAM FLOODING EXPECTED...

Thunderstorms with heavy rain will cause minor flooding in the
following counties...

Faribault...Martin...

* Until 730 PM CDT.

* At 553 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding in the area.
  Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Blue Earth, Winnebago, Truman, Granada, Northrop, Huntley and
  Guckeen.

Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches inches is expected over the 
area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.
