* Until 300 PM CDT Sunday

* At 859 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Three 
  to five inches of rain has already fallen across much of the area 
  with localized amounts up to six inches. Flash flooding is 
  expected to begin shortly.

* Creeks, streams, and low water crossings will be especially
  susceptible to the dangers of flash flooding.

Radar and rain gauges indicate that three to six inches of rain fell 
across the area over the last 24 hours. This is likely resulting in 
flash flooding.

Creeks, streams, and low water crossings will be especially
susceptible to the dangers of flash flooding.

Route DD at Knobby Creek 6 miles northeast of Edwards...

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
