Warning for the following rivers in Texas...
Guadalupe River At Victoria affecting Victoria County
.Recent or anticipated heavy rainfall over the aforementioned
river basins will result in river rises above flood stage
during the next few days.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
All persons with interests along the river should monitor
the latest forecasts, and be prepared to take necessary
precautions to protect life and property. River stage forecasts
are based on observed and forecast rainfall. If actual rainfall
varies from forecast values...Forecast river stages will vary

* At 3:15 AM Thursday the stage was 7.2 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
* Forecast: Rise above flood stage by Saturday morning and continue
to rise to near 24.8 feet by early Sunday morning. The river will
fall below flood stage by Sunday before midnight.
* At 24.0 feet Minor lowland flooding occurs. Water begins to flow
over River Road. Fox''s Bend in Riverside Park is inaccessible, and
the Riverside Boat Ramp parking area is affected by flood waters.

is cancelled.
* At 1:00 PM Friday the stage was 11.5 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* Forecast: The river is forecast to rise above flood stage by Saturday
afternoon and continue to rise to near 25.4 feet by Monday morning.
After cresting, the river will slowly fall, but will remain above
flood stage through the early half of next week.
* At 26.0 feet Irrigation and oil well pumps, tank batteries, and
equipment in the lower flood plain below Victoria flood. Livestock
are cut off, may have to be fed by boat, and could drown. Homes
downstream above Highway 35 on the left bank are cut off.

A line of thunderstorms roughly from LRD stretched northeast
toward BEA will continue to move east across S TX through at
least 10Z. Looks like the majority of TSRAs have skirted LRD with
additional isolated TSRAs developing in Mexico. That said,
maintained VCTS/TSRA in LRD TAF through at least 08Z before
activity shifts farther east. For ALI-CRP-VCT, kept mention of

At 134 AM CDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Edna to near Tivoli. Movement was
east at 45 mph.
Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail are possible with these
storms.

Victoria, Port Lavaca, Seadrift, McFaddin, Port Oconnor, Guadalupe,
Point Comfort, Alamo Beach, Dacosta, Indianola, Wood Hi, Bloomington,
