The National Weather Service in Corpus Christi has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northeastern Aransas County in south central Texas...
  Southwestern Calhoun County in south Texas...
  Southeastern Refugio County in south central Texas...

* Until 145 AM CDT

* At 122 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing both 
  tornadoes and straight line wind damage were located 9 miles west 
  of Aransas National Wildlife Refuge, or 16 miles southwest of 
  Seadrift, moving southeast at 50 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* Locations impacted include...
  Lamar, Holiday Beach and Aransas National Wildlife Refuge.

south central and south Texas.

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 145 AM CDT FOR
NORTHEASTERN ARANSAS AND SOUTHWESTERN CALHOUN COUNTIES...

At 129 AM CDT, a severe squall line capable of producing both
tornadoes and straight line wind damage was located near
Aransas National Wildlife Refuge, or 13 miles southwest of Seadrift,
moving southeast at 45 mph. Another possible tornado was located 
near Holiday Beach and Lamar.

HAZARD...Tornado. 

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.
