At 945 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated that the heaviest rainfall 
with thunderstorms has moved east, but light to moderate rainfall 
will continue over the next hour.  Streams and creeks will continue 
to rise over the next couple hours due to water runoff.  

Some locations that will experience flooding include... Portsmouth, 
Ironton, Gallipolis, Rio Grande, Lake Vesuvius, New Boston, Greenup, 
Franklin Furnace, Load, Letitia, Gallia, Vernon, Waterloo, 
Worthington, South Shore, Wurtland, Aid, Hanging Rock, Adamsville 
and Brushart.
