* Until 1115 AM EST

* At 822 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is expected to
  begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Athens, Nelsonville, New Lexington, Glouster, Mcarthur, Shawnee,
  Lake Hope State Park, Perry State Forest, Crooksville, Chauncey,
  Junction City, New Straitsville, Corning, Buchtel, Jacksonville,
  Murray City, Trimble, Zaleski, Hemlock and Rendville.

* Multiple rounds of showers and storms have hit the warned area 
  with more rain falling. Upwards of 2 inches of rain has already 
  fallen.

PERRY...NORTHERN JACKSON...WESTERN MORGAN...NORTHWESTERN ATHENS AND
NORTHERN VINTON COUNTIES...

At 952 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated that the heaviest rainfall 
with thunderstorms has moved east, but light to moderate rainfall 
will continue over the next hour.  Streams and creeks will continue 
to rise over the next couple hours due to water runoff

Some locations that will experience flooding include... Athens, 
Nelsonville, New Lexington, Glouster, Mcarthur, Shawnee, Lake Hope 
State Park, Perry State Forest, Crooksville, Chauncey, Junction 
City, New Straitsville, Corning, Buchtel, Jacksonville, Murray City, 
Trimble, Zaleski, Hemlock and Rendville.
