The National Weather Service in Charleston West Virginia has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northern Perry County in southeastern Ohio...

* Until 1130 AM EST

* At 833 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
  already fallen. Flash flooding is occurring.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Somerset, Harbor Hills, Crooksville, Thornville and Glenford. 

* Swift water rescues are being reported in Roseville in the 
  northeastern portion of the county.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1130 AM EST FOR
NORTHERN PERRY COUNTY...

At 1003 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated that the heaviest rainfall 
with thunderstorms has moved east, but light to moderate rainfall 
will continue over the next hour.  Streams and creeks will continue 
to rise over the next couple hours due to water runoff.  

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Somerset, Harbor Hills, Crooksville, Thornville and Glenford.
