* At 607 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to one and a half inches of 
  rain has already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin 
  shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Portsmouth, Ironton, Gallipolis, Rio Grande, Lake Vesuvius, New
  Boston, Greenup, Franklin Furnace, Load, Letitia, Gallia, Vernon,
  Waterloo, Raceland, Worthington, South Shore, Wurtland, Aid, Crown
  City and Hanging Rock.
