  Central Christian County in central Illinois...
  Southern Sangamon County in central Illinois...

* Until 245 AM CDT

* At 1145 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is expected to
  begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Springfield, Taylorville, Chatham, Auburn, Pawnee, Kincaid, New
  Berlin, Divernon, Edinburg, Stonington, Loami, Bulpitt, Jeisyville,
  Thayer, Tovey, Berry, Owaneco, Palmer, Sangchris Lake State Park
  and Willeys.

This includes Interstate 55 between mile markers 77 and 91.
