heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is expected to
begin shortly.

Lacon, Henry, Toluca, Washburn, Wenona, Sparland, Varna, Camp
Grove, Hopewell, La Rose, Marshall County Airport, Lake Wildwood,
Pattonsburg, Lawn Ridge and Marshall-Putnam County Fairgrounds.
