  Northern McLean County in central Illinois...

* Until 1215 AM CDT

* At 910 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is expected to
  begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Bloomington, Normal, El Paso, Lexington, Hudson, Chenoa, Gridley,
  Danvers, Colfax, Carlock, Towanda, Cooksville, Pleasant Hill,
  Cropsey, Anchor, Weston and Lake Bloomington.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 39 between mile markers 0 and 9.
 Interstate 55 between mile markers 162 and 187.
 Interstate 74 between mile markers 119 and 129.

NORTHERN MCLEAN COUNTY...

At 1053 PM CDT, emergency management reported flash flooding in 
Normal.  Several roads were flooded and a water rescue was in 
progress.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
