* Until 630 PM CDT
    
* At 546 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 10 miles south of Hillsboro, or 11 miles north of
  Richland Center, moving northeast at 70 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  Hillsboro around 555 PM CDT.
