  Northern Buffalo County in west central Wisconsin...
  Northern Trempealeau County in west central Wisconsin...

* Until 145 AM CDT

* At 943 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have 
  already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. An 
  additional 1 to 2 inches is possible.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Mondovi, Alma, Osseo, Independence, Strum, Modena, Eleva, 
  Gilmanton, Pigeon Falls, Nelson, Montana, Chimney Rock, 
  Pleasantville, Urne, Lookout and The Borst Valley Area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 145 AM CDT FOR
NORTHERN BUFFALO AND NORTHERN TREMPEALEAU COUNTIES...

At 1106 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated additional thunderstorms 
developing across much of the warning area. Up to three inches of 
rain have already fallen, and localized amounts of 1 to 3 additional 
inches are possible through early morning.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Mondovi, Alma, Osseo, Independence, Strum, Modena, Eleva, Gilmanton,
Pigeon Falls, Nelson, Montana, Chimney Rock, Mondovi Airfield, County
Roads F And K K, Pleasantville, Urne, Highways 37 And 35, Highway 53
And County E, Lookout and The Borst Valley Area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
