The National Weather Service in La Crosse has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northern La Crosse County in west central Wisconsin...

* Until 545 PM CDT
    
* At 509 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Holmen, or 10 miles northeast of La Crescent,
  moving northeast at 50 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  northern La Crosse County, including the following locations:
  Burns, County Roads D E And E, Severson Coulee, Mindoro and Four
  Corners.

LA CROSSE COUNTY...
    
At 517 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near West Salem, or 13 miles northeast of La Crosse,
moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail. 

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.
