.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

THUNDERSTORMS ARE LIKELY THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT ACROSS
THE REGION. THE MAIN CONCERN WITH THESE STORMS WILL BE LOCALLY
HEAVY RAIN THAT COULD RESULT IN FLASH FLOODING... ESPECIALLY FOR
THOSE LOCATIONS THAT HAVE RECEIVED HEAVY RAIN OVER THE PAST 24
HOURS. A FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT THROUGH TONIGHT GENERALLY
ALONG AND EAST OF A MARFA TO SEMINOLE LINE. IN ADDITION SOME
STORMS COULD BECOME STRONG TO SEVERE WITH LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING
WIND... PARTICULARLY ACROSS PRESIDIO... BREWSTER... AND TERRELL
COUNTIES.
