  SOUTHEASTERN CHEYENNE COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN KANSAS...

* UNTIL 800 PM CDT
    
* AT 713 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED NEAR BIRD CITY...OR 14 MILES SOUTHEAST OF ST.
  FRANCIS... MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO AND GOLF BALL SIZE HAIL. 

  SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED ROTATION. 

  IMPACT...FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT
           SHELTER. MOBILE HOMES WILL BE DAMAGED OR DESTROYED.
