  NORTHEASTERN WICHITA COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL KANSAS...

* UNTIL 745 PM CDT
    
* AT 708 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED NEAR LEOTI...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO AND GOLF BALL SIZE HAIL. 

  SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED ROTATION. 

  IMPACT...FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT
