EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THIS AFTERNOON WITH HEATING. THIS TROPICAL
AIR IS VERY MOIST WITH HEAVY RAINFALL AND POSSIBLE FLASH FLOODING
DUE TO ONGOING AREAS HIGH WATER...RESULTING FROM HEAVY RAINS LATE
LAST NIGHT AND THIS MORNING. IN ADDITION...A FEW CLUSTERS OF
ORGANISED THUNDERSTORM COULD DEVELOP...POSSIBLY PRODUCING DAMAGING
WINDS AND WEAK TORNADOES.

THE CHANCE FOR SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH
