* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage by late
this morning and continue to rise to near 46.6 feet by tomorrow
early afternoon.The river will fall below flood stage by Sunday
afternoon.
* Impact...At 47.0 feet, The boat ramp and portions of the upper parking
areas at Riverside Bait and Tackle are flooded. The stage and seating
area at the Cape Fear amphitheatre are flooded. There is significant
lowland flooding downstream.
