rivers which will cause flooding in some areas.

  woodlands and fields along the creek downstream from the Starrs 
  Mill Dam to Line Creek. Most of Starrs Mill Park will be under 4 to
  6 feet of water. The flood waters will be hitting the bottom of the
  mill. The water level will be around one foot deep over the wooden 
  platform where the USGS gage house is located.

  under 3 to 5 feet of water. The flood waters will approach the 
  bottom of the mill and be flowing through the concrete spillway 
  around one foot deep. The water level will reach the top of the 
  wooden platform where the USGS gage house is located.
