  Nottely River near Blairsville affecting Union County

  Talking Rock Creek near Hinton affecting Gilmer and Pickens 
  Counties

  Crooked Creek near Norcross affecting Fulton and Gwinnett Counties

The Flood Warning is cancelled for
  The Talking Rock Creek near Hinton.
* This takes affect immediately.
* At 1 PM Thursday the stage was 9.6 feet...and falling.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* The creek will continue to fall.
* At 10 feet...Flood stage is reached. Minor flooding occurs in the
  woodlands upstream and downstream along the creek from the gage 
  just downstream from the merger with Scarecorn Creek and off of 
  Patterson Road. Rapid flowing water will cause erosion conditions 
  to the banks and should not be crossed.

* Flood stage is 10 feet.
* The river will continue to fall.
* At 9 feet...Bankfull conditions continue with water beginning to 
  spread into the natural flood plain. The high water begins to 
  affect backyards of trailer homes near the river in the Enchanted 
  Valley Resort.
