* UNTIL 645 PM CDT

* AT 615 PM CDT...A CONFIRMED TORNADO WAS LOCATED 9 MILES NORTHEAST
  OF STEPHAN...OR 14 MILES SOUTHEAST OF HIGHMORE...MOVING NORTHEAST
  AT 20 MPH.

  HAZARD...DAMAGING TORNADO AND QUARTER SIZE HAIL.
