SUMMARY...PRIMARY THREAT IN EXTREME SERN PORTION OF TORNADO WATCH 313 IS ISOLATED DAMAGING WIND...THOUGH A BRIEF TORNADO CANNOT BE RULED OUT DURING THE NEXT HOUR.
