SOUTHEASTERN SAN DIEGO COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST CALIFORNIA * UNTIL 500 PM PDT * AT 330 PM PDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM A THUNDERSTORM 9 MILES NORTH OF CAMPO. THE THUNDERSTORM IS MOVING SLOWLY SOUTHEAST AT 5 TO 10 MPH. * TORRENTIAL RAINS WILL OCCUR ON I-8 AND BUCKMAN SPRINGS ROAD. IN ADDITION HEAVY RAIN AND FLOODING IS LIKELY IN AND NEAR BOULEVARD AND CAMPO. EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES.
