* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTH CENTRAL SAN DIEGO COUNTY

* UNTIL 200 PM PDT

* AT 1240 PM PDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
  VERY HEAVY RAIN NORTH OF WARNER SPRINGS. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE    
  MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 10 MPH AND WILL BRING FLASH FLOODING IN WARNER 
  SPRINGS...RANCHITA...AND ALONG HIGHWAY 79 THROUGH 200 PM. FLOODING 
  AND MUDSLIDES ARE LIKELY IN THE MATAGUAY BURN AREA SOUTH OF        
  WARNER SPRINGS...AND ALONG S2 AND S22.
