THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SAN DIEGO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHWESTERN SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...VICTORVILLE...HESPERIA...APPLE VALLEY...
  PHELAN AND LAKE ARROWHEAD.

* UNTIL 300 PM PDT.

* AT 100 PM PDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT FLASH FLOODING WAS
  OCCURING FROM A THUNDERSTORMS STRETCHING FROM LAKE ARROWHEAD
  INTO APPLE VALLEY. THE STORM WAS DRIFTING SLOWLY NORTHWARD. THE 
  STORM WAS ALSO PRODUCING SMALL HAIL.

* THE THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING WILL BE NEAR...
  THE MOJAVE RIVER BASIN AT 100 PM PDT.
