* AT 152 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH
  STRONG ROTATION 12 MILES WEST OF SCIPIO...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 50
  MPH. THIS DANGEROUS STORM COULD PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY TIME.
