* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BEDFORD COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF SHELBYVILLE
  COFFEE COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF MANCHESTER
  GRUNDY COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  WARREN COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF MCMINNVILLE

* AT 1239 PM CDT...SPOTTERS AND LOCAL OFFICIAL REPORTED WIDESPREAD   
  FLOODING ALONG SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS AS WELL AS IN LOW LYING    
  AREAS. THE FLOODING IS A RESULT OF VERY HEAVY RAIN THAT MOVED      
  THROUGH THE AREA EARLIER THIS MORNING. RAINFALL AMOUNTS BETWEEN    
  FOUR AND SIX INCHES HAVE BEEN ESTIMATED BY DOPPLER RADAR. ANOTHER  
  SMALL AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDSRTORMS IS APPROACHING THE WARNED   
  AREA AND WILL PRODUCE ADDITIONAL RAIN WHICH WILL PROMOTE           
  ADDITIONAL FLOODING.     

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLASH FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR 
IMMINENT. MOST FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO 
CROSS BRIDGES, DIPS, OR OTHER LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS THE ROAD.
